My wife and I own two VW's and plan on continuing to own VW's based on my experience with Karen Radley.
I have had nothing but an excellent experience from the Karen Radley VW service team (Darrell and Joe). They have always been more than accommodating with providing a loaner vehicle or giving us a lift home via shuttle. They are great about providing detailed explanations of what theyre doing. We have been satisfied and will be back.
