Would def rate them "no stars," received their bill but paid directly to medical office, so I cleared my account balance of a little over 140.00. Called the credit Corp and left message letting them know debt was already paid in full to the doctors office. Well a little over a week later I get a bill that now says I owe them a bill of over $1200.00 for various creditors???? Huh? Tried to call and again had to leave a message. A company that is not good with keeping records is a company I would definitely never give my credit card info too. I am going to write them a letter letting them know they are mistaken, but something tells me dealing with them is going to be a huge headache. Also must add that my doctors office first bill to me did was not put through insurance so I had to wait for the "real" bill which took forever. Technically I am not 30 days late on a bill I am waiting for them to accurately fix!
