Let me paint a beautiful word picture for you: Our dealership came to a grinding halt this morning when our Ricoh emitted a glowing red beacon of death. We had an error code that sent each of us into a panic. How would we copy? How would we scan? Would we ever see faxes again or would they be lost to technological purgatory? We called Metro Sales to open a service ticket. Cue our savior, Rick Nadeau, who responded immediately to assist. Despite my somewhat delayed processing (it was a rough morning!), Rick was able to walk me through resolving the issue. He was patient, eloquent, and an absolute joy to speak with. As if by magic, or in this case Rick, the issue was fixed and faxes began spewing forth, free at last from their digital prison.
