They are more worried about taking your money than...

They are more worried about taking your money than actually helping. First they want you to pay for a part and then wait until it is time for you to bring your car in to let you know the part is back ordered. I took my car there Monday morning around 8, and waited ALL day for a call to pick up my car, NOTHING. I went to pick it up around 5, the service guy said the part for my car was back ordered, which was oredered and PAID for the Wednesday before. Very unprofessional of the for not letting someone know ahead of time that the part was unavailable. I called Mitsubishi of Jacksonville to look for the same part and the guy there let me know right then that the part wasn't available and not only did he said it was out of stock, he also let me know how long it will take for the part to arrive. I couldn't/didn't get that from the Gainesville crew.
