I know working with insurance comes with the immediate thought of dread and knowing it will be a hassle. My experience today could not have been farther from that. Although it s never a fun call to make, I felt I was given exceptional service and help. I put off making the call all day because I knew it would be a pain. It was simple and the gal who helped my was very kind and patient. Our problem was solved and I got off the phone very happy.
