BPM is awesome, esp when it's wet outside and you're meeting friends from out of town! Great assortment of food and craft vendors. Recommendation: go at closing time, and vendors may be ready to get rid of the day's baked goods (at least The Popover Lady was --and they were very good!). Bathrooms were ok, which is saying something for a downtown, public location in a city as big as Boston. Very clean, even at the end of the day. Atmosphere was casual, with shared seating, but quiet enough for conversation.
