I have been a customer of Precision Camera for almost 40 years. I have rarely been disappointed with any of the staff, their knowledge and/or willingness to help you. Only once was I upset with an individual who tried to persuade me that I didn't want to buy what I came in for. I wrote the manager, who apologized and put me in touch with Tamra. She is wonderful! She will ask you what you want to shoot, or type of photography you are interested in, offer a range of possibilities and provide pros and cons of those choices. I understand she works between both of the stores. I'd encourage anyone to ask for her help with camera equipment. It's a wonderful store with many great employees. One year I wanted to do some night photography and didn't know what lens to buy, couldn't afford what I thought I needed. She searched around and found a the perfect used lens that I have loved using for stars photography since.
