Ordered photos for my 3 kids, and only one of them...

Ordered photos for my 3 kids, and only one of them was "ok". Zero retouching or brightness adjustment made on this photos. You can see deep shadows on the neck and entire face. I contacted them via email a week ago, because their phone number is always busy (no multi line??) and still nobody get back to me yet. This was the last time I order anything from them. Just waste of my money.
