We had our company holiday party there. Our event coordinator had done a great job with planning and the details. St. Regis screwed up on their end. They ran out of food on the buffet and took them quite a while to fill again. They completely ran out of some side items and they had to substitute different things. The service was just okay. I mean it was not want you expect at a Regis. There was nobody to welcome and guide you at the entrance. We had to go around asking. The valet was extremely slow, never opened doors to the ladies. I expected way more from them.
