I've taken my cat there a few years now for shots....

I've taken my cat there a few years now for shots. They're good with pets and answering questions. I paid for my pet license as well while I was there and they said everything was taken care of. Several months later I got a collections notice for $200 from the city saying I never paid. When I called the vet they had no idea how to fax proof that I paid it. I would think that if it's something they offer, they should know how to do it. So I had to take my receipt and tags down myself to straighten everything out. I might get my pets shots there still, but I will not pay for the license there.
