I called to ask for the best price they could offer on the model I want to buy. Understandably the price is something salespeople don't like to provide over the phone, as sales always prefer face to face negotiation. I was brutally honest that I'm calling all the Mazda dealerships. Could NOT BELIEVE that upon hearing this, the sales guy Nick actually HUNG UP on me. TOTALLY the rudest sales guy I've come across over any area in sales, not just cars. And he dared to boast they won awards for best service!?
