I visited here after being sent by urgent care for a pretty embarrassing but serious infection.

They were fast to get me settled into the ER, and a nurse and doctor both came by to let me know the plan. Shortly after, the doctor took a look, along with very pleasant medical students, and with some humor (not mocking at all) let me know how much my situation sucked but that they'd take care of it. They ordered scans and found that I'd need to have surgery the next day.

I always knew where things stood, and they checked on me often. Any time I pushed a call button, someone was there within 30 seconds, even though I could tell they were busy.

Surgery went well, and the aftercare plan was made. In and out in three days, and I'm feeling great.

The only downsides were the food and the instructions for actually attending to my wound when home. They described it simply enough, but I have no idea what to do with all these things. Luckily, they gave me their number, and I was able to use it!
