There were quite a few teething problems during my first few months at Angard. It took me ages to be able to attend the very occasional induction days (first with Angard and then with Royal Mail). And as others have said communication between Angard generally and its employees is poor and this really needs addressing, although the Angard website is definitely of some help. Now that I've worked over 12 weeks though my pay rate has increased by about 50% and my shift consultant Reena who works with the Southampton group has always been very competent and professional.
