I placed 2 orders in December 2019. I was notified on 1/29 that they were ready to ship. I was still waiting for delivery in March, and attempted to cancel the items. I was told that they were in transit and could not be cancelled. In April, Customer Service repeated their story. Also in April, the items went on sale at 50% off. I was told that I was not entitled to a refund, but that I could return the packages once they arrived. I determined that the risk involved in doing that was unmanageable - they would have both my money and their items, and the chances of the transaction ever being completed were small.
One of the items was finally received in May. It is too big to wear. Apparently the other item never shipped, will never be received and so could never be returned anyway.
In the future, I will not purchase items online regardless of how beautiful the photographs or how effective the lifestyle marketing is. This company imports cheap items that are not worth the risk, the money or the aggravation.
