They were nice and friendly but only 2 stars because I feel like they lied to me about why we weren't able to get the jeep we wanted. Isaac told me when they tried to run numbers, (mind you, the night we went in, it was late and they said that they would get back to me tomorrow afternoon... which ended taking 4 days for them to finally tell me something) that my car buying history wasn't long enough, even though I have bought 4 cars in the past 10 years. He then tried to say each individual loan wasn't long enough, meaning i didn't have each of my car loans for a long enough span of time (even though one of my cars I had for 3 years.. I know that's not very long but it's something to count for). In a nutshell, All Star basically told me that my credit history wasn't good enough. So I figured, "screw it, I'm going to go to my own credit union that I personally bank at and see what they say" to which she replied THAT SAME DAY "everything is great on your end, you have no problems. The car is the problem! It's too old, too high mileage and overpriced. We can't do a loan for it" which leads me to believe i was never the problem in the first place. All Star probably just didn't want to admit that they couldn't find a bank to want to work with their over priced 2009 jeep, and instead put the blame on me. 2 stars for your disgusting dishonesty.

*EDIT*
In response to y'alls reply. No. I will not give you all call. And I do not appreciate you all calling us, trying to bribe us with gift cards, oil changes and car washes to take our reviews down. No. I will not. Once again, my bank had absolutely no problem getting us approved. She kind of laughed when she said I wasn't the problem, the car was. And now Isaac's trying to say I misunderstood. No. He never once said anything to me about my income/debt ratio. He was going on about my credit history because I blatantly remember telling him "I've bought 4 cars in the past so-many-years." That's when he mentioned about each individual loan and I told him about my one loan for 3 years, to which I then asked him "at what point does anyone ever get 2 cars under their name" which he danced around the answer. He told me to keep paying on my beamer for another year or so because maybe by then I will be able to get 2 cars under my name. Or i'll go ahead and do it on my own now with a not so overpriced car that fits the banks criteria.
