I had a few questions concerning the mineral and sodium content of our local water, for the purpose of making an informed decision on the type of water softener I want to purchase. I must say the woman I spoke with, was very quick to return my emails, polite, and more than willing to find the answers I needed in a timely manner. I applaud her and her professionalism toward customer service...which is rare in today's society.

Also, I should note, when I first bought my home and went in person to Farmers Water to set up my account there, the entire office staff was courteous and surprisingly delightful to talk with. This company must be doing something right to be able to maintain such a great staff.
