I ve used Smith Thompson for close to 10 yrs now and absolutely love their service and affordable pricing. They ve contacted me in a timely manner every time I ve accidentally set off a false alarm so far. The value for the price is unbelievable compared to other monitoring services. I just upgraded the hardware this week to be able to monitor and activate/deactivate from my mobile phone so excited about the new features. The technician that came was super courtesy, answered all of my questions and followed all safety protocols! Highly recommend!
