I too was a Correct customer for years, but that is now also over. Why?
First of all, I asked to help me upgrade the CI card in the TV, both purchased from Correct. They could not start that.
I then looked at a 7.1 receiver with (Magnat Needle) boxes. The knowledge and skills of the employee were truly sad and, moreover, the price in the bargain cellar turned out to be much higher than through an Internet store. Don't get me wrong I would like to pay a bit more for service and convenience. But Correct no longer offers that!
