Absolutely rude people when they call you if you're late for any reason. They threaten foreclosure if you're 10 days late. I understand everyone has a job to do and they are doing their jobs. It's just unbelievable the way they threaten you when they call. I also understand I have a house payment to make. It might be late getting paid due to our pay schedule but the payment is made every month. There is no excuse for the attitude these people give. Even when you tell them what you are able to do, they tell you it isn't good enough and they will foreclose if you don't do exactly the way they want the payment arrangement done. I know several other people who have issues with them. I honestly wish everyone who has issues with them would leave a review and also file a class action lawsuit or something to make them stop treating people the way they do!
