The sales experience was awesome, and provided me with a heightened and gratified feeling of how BMW considers and treats the consumers as "people!" In addition, BMW has also proved tech-forward these past thirteen years, between the year of my trade in car: 2003; to the lease model 2016 by their innovation in the technology that came equipped with the car I finally leased. The internet sales manager I dealt with was supremely personable, quoted a generous price, in both vehicle, and trade in ... and was intuitive to discuss my driving interests, and experience ... and folded that dialogue into pointing out some of the features as added value topic points during our discussion, with no hard aggressive sales pitch, resulting in feeling that his approach was gentle but direct. The finance manager's approach was less transactional also and as personable, if not more, with her genuine interest, tact, and care. The BMW product specialist couldn't have been more knowledgeable, as I pointed to every gadget; he knocked it out of the park by explaining everything in detail, to my level of understanding ... the BMW advertising campaign slogan that I've seen on tv states that to own a BMW is having in your possession the "ultimate driving machine ...." and I got that from having the "ultimate sales experience ..." with the sales and finance team of BMW Mt. View. I look forward to more dealings with BMW Mt. View, as it has surpassed "exceptional" for any dealership I've ever dealt with in my buying experience; and that goes all the way back to 1991. Thanks BMW Mt, View: and especially kudos to Michael, Cheryl & Wayne .... you guys ROCK!
