Service are very poor. I have 1 loan at direct axis but they keep on deducting every month 2 different amounts from my bank account. I phone them around 5 times every day for the last 2 months butt nobody can help me. The people that can help me keeps on cutting the phone off. Very disappointed and very poor service. Will never recommend direct axis to anyone
