For a rental, even a cheap $20 USB mic, they expect you to provide ID, references, your home address and previous addresses, as well as your jobs address and phone number, etc. On top of all the information collecting, they make you pay a $20 deductible and $4 rental insurance.

Aside from all this, I stood in line for a good five minutes when there were workers who could help but chose not to. Horrible service.

I have no idea how a company like this is still running in this day and age.
