My girlfriend had been in the seat for two minutes before the owner had to kick her out because of the tornado warnings, barely getting a haircut. She always tips fairly and loves the place. While barely getting a haircut she made her pay full price, not offering a make up cut. On top of that the hairdresser had no idea what my girlfriend was getting done in the first place.

This act was completely unethical and has lost a customer becuase of it.
