Our last three experiences with the service dept h...

Our last three experiences with the service dept has been poor. We've been inconvenienced each time. Though our car has sat with them the entire day, it wasn't until the end of the day when we inquired that they even looked at it. This occurred twice with the most recent citing the need to get a part, unless we had it. Which fortunately we still did. If Colonial Hyundai wasn't so far, we wouldn't do business at Pearson.
