Self-guided tour through a VERY busy place. We bought tickets online in advance, allowing us to go through the turnstiles quickly and get upstairs. The most of the first floor is a giant gift shop. The host gives a 5 minute intro and then sends you in for a self-guided walkthrough up multiple floors, ending with drinks up at the top. The top floors were incredibly busy (even though it was early in the day), and it was hard to find anywhere to sit. The views are nice, but the room was crowded and windows were super dirty - so not a great place for photos - but a good place to orient yourself to Dublin. Glad we went, though this didn't compare to other brewery tours we've experienced around the world (in comparison to others, I would rate it only 3 stars, but on it's own for what it was, 4). I wouldn't go again - it's a been there done that kind of experience, but still worth while.
