I have an old house with all its quirks. Daniel totally knew what to do, explained everything, and spent the time I needed answering my questions and discussing options with me. He was honest about the functioning of my pretty old furnace--didn't just try to sell me a new one now, though I may discuss it with someone later. He really went the extra mile.
