My aunt is staying here. It seems nearly impossible to get through to a nurse or anyone concerning her care. When someone does answer the phone, I'm constantly being told to call back later because the nurse is busy doing something. When I leave my number with an important message to call me, I often don't receive a return phone call. My aunt says she's receiving good care there, aside from being in excruciating pain. So perhaps its just concerned family members who receive such horrid assistance.
