Excellent customer service. We were greeted at the door, the salesperson introduced herself (Linda Parker), and after a few questions, she said she d let us shop without her hovering . We appreciated that. She was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We picked out a beautiful sofa.
I m editing to say that we received our sofa, (it gorgeous) and decided to purchase another piece. We were cordially greeted again, and received the same wonderful service. I high recommend Lazyboy!
