Where do I start after having a bad experience with Bank of America. I decide to use a mortgage company that I could walk into there office and talk with them face to face. I spoke with Randy Master and explained my experience with B of A and then explained what I was looking for with minimal hassle. Randy told me and showed me what he could do in my case providing that I qualify and he and his team did just that. There where a few minor issues that were out of Master Team Mortgage's hands but they held to their word and did an excellent job.
