Had my Lexus serviced today, Tim Hagerman was fantastic. I have had issues with service in the past which made me reluctant to come back but Tim took that on and really put his effort into resolving my concerns and really put me, a customer, first. He was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned with me having a great experience. I will return again for service due to his efforts. It s great employees that make a business!
