I have been calling non-stop for over two months n...

I have been calling non-stop for over two months now in hopes to get into contact with the financing department. Every single time I call, I am forwarded to their "group voicemail." There must not be a single person in that department that is answering phone calls from customers, it's ridiculous. I have left several messages and not ONE of my calls has been returned. I even spoke with a salesman and expressed my frustrations and was told he would personally relay my message to the financing department and that I would get a call back by the end of the day. I never received a call. It has gotten to the point where I have no other choice than to drive over two hours to their establishment in order to talk to someone regarding my car I purchased from them. TERRIBLE service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
