Brutal customer service. Google API is not working...

Brutal customer service. Google API is not working on the site. After two weeks I have been told they can get it to work with their API and to follow the step by step instructions that I have already followed 3 times. I was told if they can do it so can i.... really.... I had to pay an extra support package to even talk to customer service as our last one had just expired. No help what so ever....
