The elevators are constantly breaking. The person who answers the phone (when they answer it) is very rude. It doesn't give you any solution, it makes fun of problems and even cuts you when it wants to.
I called the service throughout my pregnancy since the elevator broke up to 3 times the same day and the solution they gave me was to wait in the entrance hall until they could go or that it did not come out. Terrible rating!
