Little respect for Nature: for THE PHOTO, participants as organizers do not hesitate to blind small fragile and rare lemurs of about thirty headlamps in "night observation", something strictly prohibited, or flush out birds in full brooding, always for THE PHOTO !! Not to mention the lack of respect for poverty in the country visited ...

Norway 23/02 to 02/03/2019:
Fantastic group, good guide-photographer, weather and favorable Kp,
fantastic northern lights.
But............
Charlotte had confirmed by email the reservation of the transfer Airport-Hotel to Tromsoe for 130 , which we accepted.
Landing with 30min late and the vehicle did not wait for us.
Land Forgotten and the hotel organized a taxi. It cost us 2407NOK is 248 !
Charlotte refuses to pay us the difference compared to the 130 provided.
We proposed to cut the pear in two, but unfortunately again refused. The agency does not respect its commitments.

Doing so many kilometers to finally spend the week hiking is not worth it (not enough variety), nor the cost. Although the guide did what he could to try to please us. And the icing on the cake: no questioning of Forgotten Land. The proof being, 40 days after our return, we are still claiming a refund. Nothing was done...

Good agency, well managed, the person responsible for the polar lands is passionate with whom we enjoy talking. On the other hand, one of the guides, a Spaniard, is ultra narcissistic, liar, manipulator and stalker, a real plague that ruins your trip! Be careful who you go with.

Four very beautiful trips with Forgotten Lands: Rajasthan, Sri Lanka, Jordan and finally Cuba. The pleasure of being a very small group, to be accompanied by a local guide or French attentive, considerate, having a good knowledge of the region visited. An original approach with different types of accommodation, different activities, hiking in beautiful landscapes is often preferred for the type of trips chosen. A great experience for someone who fears organized trips!
