Extremely disappointment upon arrival. Booked the hotel through Marriott Bonvoy App and was told we had no lounge access even with Titanium Elite status. They were apologitic and mentioned it was an system error and that complimentary lounge access info should have not appeared in our reservation detail... had we known about this we would have stayed else where. Room was outdated and coffee machine had dirt in it..stitching on the pillow case were worn out, the overall attention to details were severely lacking.. even with the air purifier in the room it reeked of cigarettes. This was the worst Ritz we had ever stayed at!
