Elegant respite for the weary business traveler. Convenient location is an understatement. A short, below-ground connection to the airport and subway means you don't need to brave the Chicago winter weather to get where you're going. Coffee shop, restaurant, UPS Store and a well-stocked gift shop on premises.

There were several details that I loved. The best hotel-room recliner I've ever worked in (black leather with full recline). Room was spotless and well-maintained. Hotel staff were professional and efficient but also warm and friendly. A gem.
