As soon as our Uber driver pulled up to the Burj Al Arab, my family and I all felt like kids in a candy store. My eyes couldn t believe that such a beauty could exist. And as soon as we opened the doors of the hotel I really began to tear, it felt like the heaven of the earth. The customer service was amazing, the food too, and the rooms where beautiful. The roof of the entrance was raised high making the place feel like their was no walls and the amount of attention to details was unbelievable. The fountain next to the staircase was also an amazing touch that I would stair at all day and night. If I could I would rate the hotel a 10 out of 5.
