I really appreciated the time Rick Davis took to explain what work I needed on my minivan. I was hesitant and he showed a lot of patience to break down each option for me and how I could make the most of my money while saving in the long run. He even showed me a gauge so I could see with my own eyes the work I needed so I felt confident. While I hemmed and hawed about my choices, I realized it was time to pick up my son from VPK and Rick made sure I had a courtesy van available and I was right on time to get my little guy. Thanks Toyota and Rick for your great service.
