I have been working at Trimax full-time (More than a year)

Pros

No pros! Good for who doesn't want to earn money.

Cons

This a long list. If you want a short one - KINDLY STAY AWAY from TRIMAX.
This company doesn't deserve any star. 1 star provided as it was mandatory
1. Salary not given on time. All the employees are so stressed due to the salary delay.
I had joined the company thinking about the flexibility. But after I joined I came to know the company is under tremendous financial crisis. In this month of October 2017, none of the employees have received salary of June, July and August, September. This salary gap started with one month and now it is 4 months and there are 100% chances that this gap will increase to 6 months or maybe more too.
The management wants that the employees to support the company in the time of crisis. But they oversee the suffering of the employees. There are many employees who have not given rent for months; who have used credit cards and also other credit sources to fulfill there daily needs. Repaying this credits with the penalty is very tough.
2. During normal times also the salary used to come in slabs between 15-25 of the month. This revealed the approximate salary of any person to others.
3. Trimax has performed many frauds in the state transport projects. Kindly google Trimax under News to check out the frauds. The company is under enormous debt also.
4. The company hardly hears employees concerns. Worst to work under.
They scare the employees by saying that you will be fired if you do not complete the task (Task deadlines are vague which are given by him).
They also say that if you can't complete the task then you better resign.
They want the employees to work on weekends too in the time when the employees are not getting salary for their regular working days.
Due to all these reasons, the Transport department has lost many good employees.
5. HR and accounts team are very rude and doesn't response. Actually they are dummy. Everything is controlled by the owners of the company.
6. The infrastructure is worse. They hardly have any proper working system. Desktop and laptops provided are of outdated configurations. IDEs required for development work with lot of problem. It seems they buy second hand systems and after some minimal modifications provide it to the new employees.
I am currently using system with Core 2 duo CPU. I requested many time to the GM for replacement of my system but again there is no response.
The mouse provided with the systems are so bad that they hardly work properly. Sometimes working with this faulty accessories becomes a nightmare. The company doesn't spend funds to upgrade even the accessories.
7. No proper drinking water available. There are days when water is at all not provided. We spend our money to bring the 20 litre jars.
8. Washroom are in worst condition. No repairs done to the water jets or flush. Once the washroom was closed for the entire day because the premises owners had stopped water supply. Supply was stopped because company had not paid 5-6 months rent amount. Such was the case with the electric supply too.
9. They also use the "Divide and Rule" policy.
This list is never ending :)

Advice to Management

Kindly treat the employees as human beings who have to feed their family. No person works for charity. If that was the case NGO are better options who provide money on time
