My first ever 1 star review in my life.
I leased a new 2020 GLC 300 in early May 2020. The process of trading in my car and leasing the car was pretty straight forward. The leader was quick in responding and nice.
But after getting the key, everything changed. I emailed the dealer multiple times for questions regarding Mercedes ME Connect service term, I called service department regarding the license plate. I had zero reply, zero returning call.
After a month of struggle, the sales manager told me that he will be taking care of my problem. Almost 2 months since the initial problem, nothing has been solved.
To conclude, this dealership only cares about selling the cars, once the car is gone, their focus on you is gone too.
Although I tried to be patient but ignoring the customer (many times), I am sharing this bad experience.

Just another small thing. This is my 2nd Mercedes being former BMW owner. This was my first time receiving a chocolate when purchasing a car! Only a box of chocolate. Nothing else. I always end up not using the gifts anyways, so I didn't bother mentioning, but I have never seen a dealer giving a box of chocolate when getting a 60 grant car. Not even a folder/binder to keep the car documents. Just a little funny experience, this is not a reason to give a one star review.
