Gorgeous property but there was no housekeeping service any day we stayed there. We had to call multiple times after 5 pm just to get someone to show up. When we reported it the hotel didn't seem to care at all. The waitstaff at Primose was rude and complained constantly about the heat (it was 9 am). Also, they have a no cooler policy that is undisclosed and a $200 per night guarantee required that is undisclosed.
