It's getting worse and worse.

It's getting worse and worse.
Rooms are okay, but the staff speaks bad German and hardly understands one. My ski boots were too tight, I didn't get bigger ones because supposedly there weren't any more, so I paid the price for free. You haven't been able to go ice-skating for two years now, at breakfast they are so overwhelmed during the holidays that they can't even make fried eggs or pancakes, although they usually do that
was very disappointing, especially during the holidays with the children. The staff were not ready because it was too full.
