Had complete gutter system installed about 3 years...

Had complete gutter system installed about 3 years ago. We just discovered that a portion of a gutter has pulled away fron the facia and now the facia and soffit are rotting away. I have been trying for two weeks to get someone to call me back and fix the problem. I get answering machines or just leave a message with someone else who says they will give my information to service department. The damage from the installation will continue to get worse but it seems this company could not care less about backing up their work. Beware!
