We have used Alpha Omega products since October 2017. We dropped Language Arts and Math after the first year since it was not a good fit for my student. We have continued with Bible and have also done Monarch Office App I and II as well as Spanish I. In July of this year we started having issues with getting kicked out of lessons and having to log back in several times during the lessons. I have contacted the Monarch Tech Support Team and at first was told they were not having the same issue on their end. They asked about the browser I was using and if I had cleared my cache. Tier I stuff. I am capable of doing the simple troubleshooting issues since my oldest child is in the IT field. These measures were taken before I emailed or called tech support to avoid wasting their time and mine. Fast forward to today and we are still having the issue and it is only getting worse. I spoke with the tech team last week about the fact that they are running Adobe Flash Player in their programs and asked if they would be switching to HTML 5 before the end of the year. The ladies' response was "They don't give us that information." She was Monarch Tech Support. Hello! if you don't know who does? Also, FYI this lady finally admitted that the getting kicked out and logging back in is a known issue and has no clue when it will be fixed. She just said they are working on it. I have subscriptions now that I had to activate and have my student rush to complete before December, otherwise we may not be able to use them since it is being stated online Adobe is no longer supporting Flash and no browser is going to be supporting it either. Their Text-to-Speech feature is not very good at pronouncing words correctly especially in Spanish I which is critical. Their Tech Support Team is unhelpful and rude. Not very Christian like! Also, when I tried calling today even their phone system is not working, so you can't even talk to anybody higher up. I would not recommend AOP. Needless to say they lost a customer.
