I came in on friday evening 01/20/17. I was curious about how much my toyota camry was. I know, why was i trading a sedan for another sedan. Ive always loved the honda accord. Plus i felt like toyota really took advantage of me with the pricing. I was actually not intending to purchase but Steven Kim really made this process so easy and smooth. He was not your typical salesman, he was not pushy at all and was very patient with all my questions. He was very kind and did not make the experience all about buying a car, but he had regular conversations about life in general. He was very knowledgeable with the car and took the time to show me all the features even in the pouring rain. The document signing process was just as smooth, i was in and out within 15-20 min.
