I'd been coming here as a visitor with my little for about a year before getting a membership. It's been only a few months since I joined. I love it here! The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you if you need it. I'm in a wheelchair, I can do pretty much everything there on my own. Everything except get to the basketball court by myself. There isn't an elevator, which is frustrating. BUT, whenever I want to go up all I need to do is ask someone at the front desk to carry my chair up the steps for me. I tell them when I want to come back down, and they help me down too. I would definitely recommend giving this place a chance!
