Today while visiting this Audi dealer, I again received professional and courteous service from the Service Bay greeter to the Service Manager and others at the dealership I saw while waiting for my vehicle. I was greeted by all with a genuine sense of care and a display of "ownership" in each of the people with whom I crossed paths during my visit - including The Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager and the Service Manager (Myles) that was assigned to my vehicle today. Myles kept me up to speed with updates on the progress being made with my vehicle knowing that time was of the essence for me today. The new SMS message update system worked well and is an appreciated enhancement. Thank you to all.
