Been with them for years and today I had quite the unpleasant experience . It was the 1st time I ever had to use the roadside assistance that I pay extra for and it took 4 hours..yep not even kidding. First call was at 4:05 & I was told 30 to 45 mins and after an hour I called back and they said 30 more mins. Finally the tow truck co. called & said there was an accident and it would be about 45 more mins. called roadside again and they said just 30 more mins. I don't know why I'm paying so much either I have an impecable driving record and no tickets or accidents in well over a quarter of a century, hence my age should factor in as well, it does at other companies. I also was double debited on two different occassions one of which put my acct in the negative and messed up my whole budget that month. I'm getting a new car next week &I'll give them 1 more chance & see what their offer is on this vehicle, fingers crossed
