Pros:
-Conveniently located downtown
-Affordable

Cons:
-Outdated
-Temporary solutions instead of completing actual repairs (the area with mold has been previously worked on)
-Maintenance takes a while to respond to requests

Will not be renewing my lease with these hazardous conditions.
