I arrived about 11:30 am. I stood in line for 25 minutes. They told me the computers were down and to come back in 3-4 hours with no guarantee they would be fixed. They did not offer to store our luggage which we dragged 400 yards from the parking garage. We went elsewhere. They had the nerve to charge us for two nights anyway. They don't answer emails or letters. DENIED CHECKIN.
